To Download Analysis data in MX Excel format,
- Go to Manage Reports
- Find the report in the list. Use “Search” if required
- Select report using checkbox and click the “Download” button. A dropdown menu will appear with following options:
- All Bank Accounts – this option will be visible only if the report contains two or more Bank Accounts
- List of Bank Accounts in the selected report: <Bank name abbreviation> – <Account number last four digits> – <Account type>
- From the dropdown menu, select the analysis you want to download
- Selected file will be downloaded in MS Excel format to your browser downloads folder. Downloaded file contains all the views & metrics displayed in the web portal and following additional tabs/ sheets:
- All Bank Accounts –
- Transactions of all the Bank Accounts included in the Report can be found in this sheet
- Salary Txns – this sheet contains all the debit & credit transactions categorised as “Salary” and correspond to the summary data displayed in Salary sheet
- EMI Txns – this sheet contains all the EMI payment transactions corresponding to the summary data displayed as “EMI Payments” sheet
- Loan Txns – this sheet contains all the debit & credit transactions categorised as “Loan” and correspond to the summary data displayed in “Loans” sheet
- All Bank Accounts –
Analysis can also be downloaded from the Report details page using the “Download” button.
