Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Precisa web application.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Information Gathering and Usage
When you register for an account in Precisa we ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, industry and payment information. Once the account is activated financial data like bank statements would be collected to provide the services.
Precisa uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.
Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
Cookies are required to use the Precisa service.
We use Cookies to record current session information and allow you to auto login every time you come to the site through the same browser.
Data Storage
If you provide the financial data to be analysed in Precisa the ownership of that data remains with you. Precisa commits to deleting this data within the timeframe specified in the subscription plan, on your intimation for cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once deleted.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis every month based on your service agreement with Precisa. In the event that actual usage exceeds the billed amount in any given month, charges for the additional usage will be added to the amount payable in the following month.
Disclosure
Precisa may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
Changes
Precisa may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about any significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Precisa primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Such notice will be given at least 3 days in advance of the date the new policy will be applied.
Availability
Precisa will use all reasonable effort to maintain 24 hours uptime of our service. However the service will be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades and emergency repairs for any reasons. Every reasonable step will be taken by Precisa to minimize such disruption. You agree that Precisa will not be held liable in any event to you or any other party for any suspension, modification, discontinuance or lack of availability of the service or other content.
Precisa reserves the rights to limit the use of services and storage of data at its discretion at any time with or without notice.
The subscriber (or user) certifies that they are legally permitted to use the service and takes full responsibility for the selection and use of the service. This agreement is void where prohibited by law and the right to use the service is revoked in such jurisdictions. Access to content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. You are responsible for the compliance of the laws in your jurisdiction.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precisa its contractors, and licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, members, shareholders and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, actions, causes of action, demands, costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service (or any third party using Subscriber’s account), your violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity in connection with the Service or your use thereof. The terms specified in this Section will survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.
