1. Why is API access required?
For Precisa to fetch GSTR data from GST Portal using APIs, the owner of the GSTIN needs to first log into GST Portal and activate API access.
2. What are the steps for activating API access in GST Portal
- Login to the GST Portal at https://services.gst.gov.in/services/login
- Go to My Profile section.
- From the Quick Links panel, select Manage API Access.
- Click the Yes radio button.
- The screen will display the Duration drop-down.
- Open the drop-down list and select the desired duration.
- Click Confirm.
