For a saved report, analysis status is generated at three levels:
- Bank statement file level
- Bank Account level
- Report level
Bank statement file status explained
Bank statement file status indicates if the file was parsed successfully or not. File level status is displayed in the Bank Account > Bank statements section > Files list view
Here’s the definition of bank statement file level status displayed in saved Report and corrective action required for unblocking the analysis in case of parsing errors:
- Initialising – preparing for parsing
- Parsing – parsing has started
- Parsed – file parsed successfully
- In review – file sent for manual review
- Not parsable – file may not be parsable due to one of these reasons:
- File could not be read or is corrupted – delete the file and upload correct file
- File format not supported – delete the file and save report to generate analysis for remaining files
- Scanned document is not readable – fix the issue and re-upload the file
- Scanned document orientation issue – fix the issue and re-upload the file
- Scanned document format not supported – delete the file and save report to generate analysis for remaining files
- No transactions found – file is empty. Delete the file and save report to generate analysis for remaining files

Report analysis status explained
Report level status is computed by taking into consideration individual Bank Account level analysis status. In other words, it’s one status to represent all. This status is displayed in the report section header.
Here’s the definition of report level status:
- In progress – when accounts are in mixed state like Initialising/ In review/ Analysing/ On hold
- Analysed (X of Y Accounts) – when a subset of accounts are in “Analysed” state and others are in Initialising/ Analysing/ In review/ On hold states
-
- Account level analysis will be available in this scenario for accounts that are in Analysed state
- Aggregate analysis across all accounts will be available only when all accounts are analysed
- Analysed (X Accounts) – CAM in progress – analysis completed for all accounts. Aggregate analysis completed and is available for viewing in the web application (in Report Dashboard view) and can be retrieved by the API. Aggregate analysis is being exported to downloadable MS Excel file
- Analysed (X Accounts) – CAM ready – analysis completed for all accounts. Aggregate analysis completed and is available for viewing in the web application (in Report Dashboard view) and can be retrieved by the API. Aggregate analysis is also available for download in MS Excel file format
- Analysed (X Accounts) – CAM failed – analysis completed for all accounts. Aggregate analysis completed and is available for viewing in the web application (in Report Dashboard view) and can be retrieved by the API. Analysis export to downloadable MS Excel file format failed. These types of issues are proactively investigated and fixed within 48 hrs. Contact support (support@precisa.in) if the status doesn’t change to “CAM ready” even after 48 hrs
- Analysis on hold – when all the accounts are in “Analysis on hold” state
