Manage Reports

Use the “Reports” option in the menu to go to the “Manage reports” page. All the existing reports created by all the users will be displayed here. You can perform following Report level actions on this page:

  1. Sort – By default, the list is sorted by “Last updated on” column in descending order. You can change the sort order or sort on any other column by clicking on the column heading
  2. Search for reports by Report name, Reference ID or Last updated by attributes, by entering the search text in the “Search reports” field and clicking “Search” button
  3. Create report using “New report” button
  4. Edit/ View report by clicking Name or selecting a report using checkbox and clicking “Edit” button
  5. Delete report by selecting one or more reports using checkboxes and clicking “Delete” button. Only report owner and/ or Admin user will be able to delete reports
