Admin users can edit a user’s details from the Manage users page by selecting the checkbox next to user’s name. This will enable the Edit button on the top right. Click on the Edit button to open the Edit user page.
User details will be pre-populated by default. Edit the details to be updated and click Save.
Updated details will be displayed on the Manage users page.
In case the email address of the user is updated, login details will be sent to the user’s email same as in the new user creation scenario. “Resend login email” link will be available in the Manage user page until the user logs into Precisa for the first time using the modified email address. Click this link to re-send the login email if required.
