Manager subscription page is the place where Admin users will be able to view information and perform Precisa Subscription related tasks.
To view the Manage subscription page, go to main menu by click waffle icon in top left corner of the navigation bar and click “Manage subscription”. Following plan related details are displayed on this page:
- Plan name, Order Id, Amount paid – Precisa Professional, Precisa Enterprise or Precisa Custom
- Subscription status – Active, Suspended or Cancelled
- Plan features
- Bank Account consumed in the current month till date
- Next renewal date
- Primary contact for any subscription related communication
- Links to subscription managements tasks –
- Change plan
- Change primary contact
- Cancel subscription
Mumbai
