To cancel subscription, click the “Cancel subscription” option available on the Manage subscription page.
If there are remaining unused Bank Accounts in the current month, you will be able to use it and your subscription cancellation will take effect on the next renewal date.
However, if current month’s limit has been maxed or exceeded, your credit card will be charged for the excess usage (if any) at the plan rate and subscription will be cancelled immediately.
Users will be able to log into Precisa and view/download existing reports for 30 days after cancellation date. After that, all the reports will be purged and user access will be blocked.
